Coverly had been in Inspirato’s portfolio for several years and needed a substantial refresh considering wear and tear was making the residence look drab and tired. I allocated our budget mainly toward accent furniture, pillows, rugs, decor and lamps to revitalize this residence. Keeping the traditional Jamaican art was important to the homeowner, so I aimed to design around these pieces, creating an environment that felt both refined and elegant while honoring Jamaican culture. I hired local vendors to restore some of the furniture pieces as a way to stay within budget and the transformation of these traditional pieces was astounding!
